The Chinese smartphone manufacturing brand OnePlus has confirmed the existence of the OnePlus 13s, a compact flagship, for the Indian market. In a post published on its official X (formerly known as Twitter) account, OnePlus India has teased the launch of the purported smartphone.

OnePlus 13s India Launch Date

Though the company hasn’t declared the device’s launch date, it teases the OnePlus 13s as “coming soon.” A few days ago, we published an exclusive report about how the company plans to launch the OnePlus 13s model by the end of Q2 2025.

While the first half of the report has already proven true, we’re equally excited about the second half. If everything goes well, the phone could arrive next month, i.e., May 2025. Given that the OnePlus 13s is the company’s first-of-its-kind handset, it might be revealed at a launch event.

However, nothing can be said with certainty at the moment. The only thing that has been confirmed is that the OnePlus 13s is coming to India, after all.

OnePlus 13s Specifications (Confirmed)

Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC on the OnePlus 13T

OnePlus has also published a microsite for the upcoming smartphone, stating it will feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) chip. We’ve seen the chip on handsets like the iQOO 13 5G (review), the OnePlus 13 (review), Xiaomi 15, and the Galaxy S25 (review), and without a doubt, it is one of the most capable chips on an Android smartphone ever.

Besides, the phone will feature a 6.32-inch screen, making the OnePlus 13s one of the most compact handsets to offer such impressive processing power and graphic rendering ability. We also know that the OnePlus 13s comes in Pink Satin and Black Velvet colors.

The teaser image also reveals the phone’s metallic frame, the volume rockers and power button on the right frame, and the customizable button on the left frame. The handset’s camera module also appears to feature a fresh design, with two sensors located in a blacked-out housing that sits on a protruding, square-shaped island.

Rumors suggest that the OnePlus 13s could feature an LTPO panel, come in multiple RAM and storage variants, and have a dual 50MP camera setup (comprising one wide-angle and one telephoto camera).

In addition, the handset could feature a massive battery cell — around 6,000 mAh — that supports fast wired charging. We expect the handset to cost around Rs. 60,000 in India.
