TL; DR
  • OnePlus has increased prices for the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus 15R starting May 1, 2026.
  • The OnePlus 15 sees hikes up to ₹6,000, while the OnePlus 15R goes up by ₹2,500.
  • This is the second price increase for the 15R recently and comes alongside ongoing changes in OnePlus operations.

OnePlus has increased prices once again for the OnePlus 15 (review) and OnePlus 15R (review) in India. The new pricing is now live across the official OnePlus store and Amazon India, and this update takes effect from May 1, 2026.

Here’s how the updated pricing looks:

OnePlus 15

  • 12 GB + 256 GB: ₹72,999 → ₹77,999 (+₹5,000)
  • 16 GB + 512 GB: ₹79,999 → ₹85,999 (+₹6,000)

OnePlus 15R

  • 12 GB + 256 GB: ₹50,499 → ₹52,999 (+₹2,500)
  • 12 GB + 512 GB: ₹55,499 → ₹57,999 (+₹2,500)

This is the second price increase for the OnePlus 15R in a short period. The phone originally launched at ₹47,999 for the 12 GB + 256 GB variant and ₹52,999 for the 12 GB + 512 GB model. With the latest revision, the base variant has effectively gone up by ₹5,000 compared to launch pricing, and the higher variant has also seen a similar overall increase when compared to early sale prices.

For the OnePlus 15, the jump is more noticeable at the higher end, with the 16 GB + 512 GB variant now ₹6,000 more expensive than before. This pushes it further into premium territory.

OnePlus 15R

The company has also been going through deeper operational integration with realme in China, and pricing adjustments like these are happening across multiple models. Rising component costs, especially memory and storage, are also playing a role across the industry, which is something we have been seeing with other brands as well.

OnePlus 15

With the OnePlus 15R now moving closer to ₹60,000 and the OnePlus 15 crossing ₹80,000 for higher variants, the gap between segments is shifting. This could also explain why there has been no sign of a OnePlus 15s this year. Instead of adding another model in between, OnePlus seems to be stretching the pricing of existing devices upward.

Those who picked up the 15R during launch offers got it at a significantly lower effective price. Right now, unless there are strong bank offers or sale discounts, the value equation has clearly changed compared to earlier weeks.
