The OnePlus 15 is shaping up to be the brand’s most complete flagship yet. Ahead of its official launch, the device has appeared on TENAA certification and Geekbench, revealing nearly everything from its massive display and new Snapdragon chipset to its upgraded cameras and battery.

OnePlus 15 to Feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED with 165Hz Refresh Rate

According to TENAA listings, the OnePlus 15 (model number PKL110) will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED panel with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels and an ultra-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. That’s a bump over the OnePlus 13’s display and matches some of the fastest panels in the industry.

The phone reportedly measures 161.43 x 76.67 x 8.18mm and weighs around 210 grams, making it nearly identical in footprint to its predecessor. OnePlus is also said to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a first for the brand.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and a 7,300mAh Battery Power the Beast

Under the hood, the OnePlus 15 will be powered by Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage options.

TENAA also lists a 7,300mAh dual-cell battery (3,575mAh x 2), the largest yet in a OnePlus flagship. Fast charging details remain unconfirmed, but 100W SuperVOOC seems likely.

Triple 50MP Camera Setup with Oppo’s Lumo Imaging Tech

The OnePlus 15 will feature a triple 50MP camera system, including a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The setup will be backed by Oppo’s Lumo Imaging, a new computational photography engine promising richer details, dynamic range, and color depth.

If leaks hold true, the OnePlus 15 could finally rival Samsung and Google flagships in camera consistency — something OnePlus has long struggled with.

Geekbench Scores Reveal Impressive Early Performance

Geekbench listings for global models (CPH2745, CPH2747, and CPH2748) show strong performance figures:

  • Single-core: 3,549
  • Multi-core: 10,898

These early numbers put it on par with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, reinforcing the power of the new Snapdragon platform.

Launch Date and Expected Variants

The OnePlus 15 will officially launch in China on October 27, 2025, alongside the OnePlus Ace 6 (expected to debut globally as the OnePlus 15R). Following its China debut, the global launch is expected to happen on November 13 ,2025, with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.
