OnePlus had officially launched their new flagship device OnePlus 6T last week in two color variants; Midnight Black and Mirror Black. Over the past few releases, OnePlus usually brings in a new color a few months down the line after the launch. Previously, OnePlus launched the Avengers Edition and a Red color variant of the OnePlus 6.

OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple Colour Model
This time around OnePlus got quick in announcing the new colour option and the new tinted version is already available on the Official OnePlus’s Chinese website. This new Thunder Purple option has shades of purple hue and the ‘S line’ which is also there on the Midnight black variant. The colour is subtle and blends well with the design. Looks like this new variant is going to attract a lot of people owing to its early release. However, as expected, this colour variant is only available with 8GB + 128GB storage specifications.

The rest of the phone is the same with a 6.41-inch AMOLED(19.5:9) Full HD+ (2340 x 1080) display. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 Octa-core chipset bolstered with Adreno 630. On the rear, we have a 16MP + 20MP f/1.7 aperture dual camera setup supported by an LED flash.
The rear camera module on this new handset is equipped with features like Nightscape, enhanced HDR mode and super slow motion video capture. On the front, we have a similar 16MP selfie camera. It houses a larger 3700mAh battery and supports OnePlus Fast Charge. The phone comes out of the box with the latest Android Pie based OxygenOS.
