For quite some time, rumors related to the OnePlus 12R have surfaced online. Now, a leakster seems to have leaked another OnePlus phone, which goes by the name OnePlus Ace 3. Interestingly, both phones have similar specifications, which has led to speculations that both are the same devices but for different markets.
OnePlus Ace 3 Leaked Specifications
In the past, we’ve seen how the company rebrands certain products to meet country-specific requirements, and this could be a similar case. Tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the complete specifications of the OnePlus Ace 3. The smartphone might feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate support, a punch-hole selfie camera, and curved edges. It could also have a 1.5K resolution.
Under the hood, the OnePlus smartphone should run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Regarding cameras, the smartphone could come with a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor, an 8MP ultrawide OmniVision OV8D10 sensor, and a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto sensor for up to 2x optical zoom. On the front, the smartphone could have a 16MP selfie shooter.
The company could use a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 100W fast wired charging to power the phone. Moreover, these are similar to the specifications we expect on the OnePlus 12R. For connectivity, the OnePlus Ace 3 could offer 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, USB-C, and NFC. Out of the box, the phone should run on Android 14.
It is important to mention that the company still needs to confirm the launch timeline. Nonetheless, the leaked specifications indicate that the OnePlus Ace 3 could be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 12R.
