With the rumored release of the OnePlus Nord 4, OnePlus is once again making headlines in the smartphone industry. It has already wrapped the launch of OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R, the company’s most recent flagship models. With that, OnePlus Nord 4 could be on the horizon, according to reports from renowned tech insider Max Jambor. This claim is strengthened in light of the allegedly leaked schematics that show the OnePlus Nord 4 or 5’s design.

OnePlus Nord 4 Appears in Schematics

The schematics show a triple rear camera aligned vertically without any camera island underneath. The front appears to be well-polished with minimal bezels and a punch-hole cutout. There’s nothing much going on since these are just schematics and more details are yet to be known. We can see how volume rocker are on the right side while the right side shows an alert slider. The power button should be on the left although the schematics don’t have any indication yet.

Rumors in the tech community indicate that OnePlus Nord 4 could be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 3V and not a completely new product. This suggests both the devices could have significantly common specifications under the hood. According to rumors, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC and has an Adreno GPU for improved graphics performance.

It is rumored to feature a 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED screen that promises bright colors and fluid images. In addition, the presence of a sturdy 5,000mAh battery and support for 100W rapid charging suggests long-lasting functionality and quick replenishment.

Interestingly, debates have started about the device’s possible name. Owing to the number 4’s cultural significance in China, where it is frequently connected to bad luck, OnePlus might decide to eschew superstitions and call the device the “OnePlus Nord 5” instead.

While we anxiously anticipate more disclosures, it’s important to treat these rumors with some skepticism. Although there are intriguing hints and leaks about what could be coming, the company has not yet confirmed the OnePlus Nord 4’s exact features and specifications.
