We’ve got a sneak peek at the upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and Ace 5 Racing, which are expected to be rebranded versions of the Nord 5 and Nord CE 5, respectively. In the live image, we can see the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra on the left and the Ace 5 Racing on the right. The Ace 5 Racing’s design in the live image matches our exclusive renders of the Nord CE 5 that we had shared earlier.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and Ace 5 Racing are set to launch in China next week. However, the Nord 5 and the Nord CE 5 are expected to hit India in July 2025, with potential chipset and spec tweaks tailored for the Indian market. Here’s all you need to know.

OnePlus Nord 5 Expected Specifications

The leaked image showcases the Ace 5 Ultra (expected to be the Nord 5) and Ace 5 Racing (expected to be the Nord CE 5), both sporting a similar back design with a sleek, flat glass finish. If we talk about the Ace 5 Ultra’s specs, it is said to feature a 6.83-inch flat LTPS OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.
The Ace 5 Racing, however, will feature a 6.77-inch OLED panel with 1080p resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, which is similar to the CE 5, as revealed in our exclusive story earlier. The Ace 5 Ultra will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, with up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage, a 7,000 mAh battery, and 100W fast charging.

The Ace 5 Racing uses the Dimensity 9400e chipset, a 50 MP main camera, a 16 MP selfie camera, a 7,000 mAh battery, and 80W charging.
For India, the Nord CE 5 will switch to the Dimensity 8350 chipset, while the Nord 5 could see a chipset adjustment to better align with pricing, potentially around ₹25,000 and ₹30,000, respectively, competing with the iQOO Neo 10R (₹25,000) and the iQOO Neo 10, launching May 26 at ₹35,000.
