A completely new OnePlus device named as OnePlus RT has appeared on the web. However, this isn’t the first time we are learning about its existence. A few days back, a device with this moniker was spotted on the Google Supported Devices list. And as we had reported earlier, it is widely believed to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 9RT that had launched some time back in the Chinese market.

This time, OnePlus RT was spotted as a live Amazon India advertisement on Google search. This was brought to the tech media’s attention by reliable tipster Mukul Sharma.

Now that the OnePlus RT is making its presence known, the company could soon confirm the official arrival of the phone to India. But till then, if the speculations about the OnePlus RT being a remodeled OnePlus 9RT is true, we have a pretty good idea of its specs.

OnePlus RT Expected Specs

If everything goes as expected then OnePlus RT could be powered by flagship Snapdragon 888 SoC with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It may get an OLED display with not less than a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone could also support 65W WarpCharge.

The Chinese smartphone maker could borrow the same camera setup from 9RT which comprises a 50MP primary camera, a 16MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. The front camera could be housed inside the punch-hole display. The OnePlus RT is expected to be the first Indian device to run on ColorOS 12 (based on Android 12) or a software skin heavily akin to it. But until officially revealed, we can’t be sure and advise you to take deets with a proverbial pinch of salt.
