TL; DR
  • OPPO has increased its Service Center 3.0 Pro plan from 110 to 150+ locations in India.
  • Around 50+ centers will be live by June 2026.
  • OPPO’s focus stays on faster service, transparency, and a better in-store experience.

OPPO India has now expanded its Service Center 3.0 Pro rollout to over 150 locations in 2026, which is a substantial jump from the earlier plan of 110 centers that was announced previously. This is basically the same initiative, just scaled up more aggressively now. Out of these, 50+ centers are expected to be operational by June 2026, so the rollout is also moving fairly quickly.

What These 3.0 Pro Centers Are About

The core idea of Service Center 3.0 Pro stays the same. OPPO is focusing on making the service experience more structured and easier to follow when you walk into a center.

You still get things like digital check-ins, real-time queue updates, and digital screens showing what’s happening. There’s also face-to-face repair, so you can actually see and understand what’s being done to your device.

The stores themselves follow the same updated layout with separate service areas, product experience zones, and waiting lounges, so the whole visit feels more organized. OPPO also says most users already value its 1-hour turnaround time, and that remains a key part of the experience.

Existing Network and Support

Outside of these new Pro centers, OPPO already has a pretty wide service network with 580+ centers across 500+ cities in India. Support is available in 19 languages, and services like free pick-up and drop and a 24-hour turnaround target are still part of the offering.
