OPPO’s latest flagship smartphones, the OPPO Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, have officially launched in China. These devices are the second wave of smartphones powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and some incredible cameras. Let’s unpack OPPO Find X8 and the X8 Pro in this article. OPPO Find X8
The OPPO Find X8 features a 6.59” flat OLED display with a 2760 x 1256 resolution. This display supports a peak brightness of 4,500 Nits, 3,840 Hz PWM dimming, and 120 Hz refresh rate. The display also includes Smart Care 4.0 for enhanced eye protection and Wet Hand Touch support.

It’s also got an optical fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, an IP68/69 rating for water and dust resistance. It is available in four colors: Blue, Black, Pink, and White. The device is running on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
OPPO Find X8 Pro
The OPPO Find X8 Pro offers an even more premium experience with its 6.78” BOE quad-curved OLED display. This display also supports a 2780 x 1264 resolution, 4500 Nits of peak brightness, 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,840 Hz PWM dimming.
The display is protected by Rheinland Intelligent Protection, and it includes Smart Care 4.0 and Wet Hand Touch support. The OPPO Find X8 Pro has an “Ultra Transparent Diamond Screen” and a new Quick Button for opening up the camera app and taking photos.
In terms of design, the Find X8 Pro is slightly thicker at 8.24 mm and weighs 215 grams. Like the Find X8, the Find X8 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 9400 SoC. Its camera system is even more advanced, featuring a quad-camera setup, that includes:

India Launch Date and Pricing Expectations
The OPPO Find X8 series is expected to launch in India in November, and these devices are likely to be among the first Dimensity 9400 smartphones available in the country.
