OPPO launched the Find X8 and X8 Pro last year, and impressed everyone with their Dimensity 9400 power and stellar Hasselblad cameras. Now, they’re back with another mega launch, but this time it seems to be exclusive to China. The OPPO Find X8s, Find X8s+, and Find X8 Ultra debuted today in China. OPPO Find X8s Specs

The OPPO Find X8s is the compact star of the lineup, designed for those who prefer a smaller yet powerful device. It features a 6.3” flat OLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate and 1.25mm bezel—the thinnest on any phone till date. The resolution comes in at 2640 x 1216, 120 Hz refresh rate, and a HBM brightness of 1600 nits. It’s an LTPO panel, 1-120 Hz, and comes with 460 PPI.
In terms of design, the Find X8s is impressively slim at 7.95 mm thick and weighs 198 grams, making it a lightweight contender. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC powers it, with a max CPU frequency of 3.73 GHz, 8 cores, and an Immortalis G925 MC12 GPU. RAM options are 12 GB or 16 GB (LPDDR5X), with storage at 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB (UFS 4.0), no expansion card support.

Stepping up, the OPPO Find X8s+ strikes a balance between size and performance, tailored for users seeking a capable mid-sized flagship. It boasts a 6.59” flat AMOLED display with a 2760 x 1256 resolution, a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, and the HBM mode reaching 1600 Nits. This LTPS panel supports a dynamic 60/90/120 Hz range and has a 460 PPI. The bezels here are 1.45mm thick—still very thin.

Design-wise, it measures a slim 7.95 mm in thickness and tips the scales at 198 grams. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, clocking a maximum CPU frequency of 3.73 GHz across 8 cores, paired with an Immortalis G925 MC12 GPU. It comes with RAM options of 12 GB or 16 GB (LPDDR5X) and storage choices of 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB (UFS 4.0), with no expandable storage slot.

The OPPO Find X8 Ultra is the crown jewel of this launch, aimed at photography enthusiasts and power users. It features a 6.82” flat OLED LTPO display with a resolution of 1440 x 3168, 1-120 Hz refresh rate, 1,600 Nits HBM brightness, and 510 PPI.

Design-wise, it measures 163.1 x 76.8 x 8.78 mm and weighs 226 grams, balancing premium build with a larger battery. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, a step up from the Dimensity chips in its siblings. It also comes with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage.

The standout feature is its quad-camera system, co-engineered with Hasselblad:
