TL; DR
- First official image shows ultra-thin 1.xx mm bezels, outshining iPhone 16 Pro’s 1.15 mm.
- Find X8s (Mini), Find X8s+, and Find X8 Ultra set for next month’s launch.
- Dimensity 9400+ powers X8s and X8s+, while the Ultra boasts Snapdragon 8 Elite, dual periscope cameras, and 6,000mAh+ battery.
OPPO is gearing up for a hefty drop this month, and the Find X8 series is stealing the spotlight. The company’s product manager just let slip some juicy tidbits on Weibo, including the first official look at the Find X8s—previously dubbed the Find X8 Mini. This lineup is shaping up to be a triple threat, with the X8s, X8s+, and Find X8 Ultra all slated for March 2025.
Find X8s to feature world’s thinnest bezels; thinner than iPhone 16 Pro

The leaked image pits the Find X8s against the iPhone 16 Pro, and it’s no contest—OPPO’s bezels are razor-thin, clocking in at around 1.xx mm thanks to OPPO’s self-developed “chip-level screen packaging technology.” That’s slimmer than Apple’s flagship, which already brags about tight borders at 1.15 mm.

The X8s rocks a 6.3-inch flat screen, powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ SoC. It’s also said to pack a 5,700 mAh+ battery with 80W wired charging, a 3.5X periscope telephoto lens, wireless charging, and dust/water resistance. At just over 7mm thick and 187g, it’s a lean machine.

Find X8s+ and Find X8 Ultra

The Find X8s+ bumps up to a 6.6-inch screen but sticks with the same Dimensity 9400+ chip, likely mirroring the X8s’ camera and charging setup in a bigger shell. Meanwhile, the Find X8 Ultra’s going all out—a 2K flat display with symmetrical ultra-narrow bezels, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and a dual periscope camera system (3X and 6X). Its battery tops 6,000mAh, with a custom vibration motor, all in an 8.xx mm profile.

OPPO’s not stopping at phones—the OPPO Pad 4 Pro (OnePlus Pad 2 Pro), Watch X2 Mini, and Enco Free 4 TWS are also on deck for next month. The Find X8s image drop confirms the series is close, but full specs like camera details or pricing are still under wraps.
