OPPO Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s Now Official, India Launch Expected Soon

OPPO has officially launched the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and OPPO Find X9s in China and select global markets (X9s global only). This is the first time OPPO’s Ultra model is launching globally alongside China. The Find X9s joins the lineup as a smaller flagship aimed at international markets including India. India launch for both devices is expected soon. Let’s take a look at the specs.

OPPO Find X9 Ultra Specs

The Find X9 Ultra comes with OPPO’s Hasselblad Master Camera System. It includes a 200 MP Sony LYT-901 main camera with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, f/1.5 aperture, and 23 mm focal length.

The dual periscope setup includes a 200 MP OmniVision OV52A 3X telephoto with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 70 mm focal length, and 15 cm minimum focus distance. The second zoom camera is a 50 MP ISOCELL JNL 10X telephoto with a 1/2.75-inch sensor, f/3.5 aperture, 230 mm focal length, and sensor-shift OIS.

There is also a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 ultrawide camera with a 1/1.95-inch sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and 14 mm focal length, plus a 3.2 MP multispectral True Color sensor. The front camera is a 50 MP Samsung JN5 with autofocus.

Video recording includes 8K30, 4K120, and 4K60 Dolby Vision across lenses, along with O-Log2, ACES workflow tools, 3D LUT support, LUT burn-in, and real-time preview.

The phone is available in Tundra Umber, Canyon Orange, and Glacier White (China only). It uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2, has 1.4 mm symmetrical bezels, and carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. Tundra Umber is 9.1 mm thick and weighs 236g. Canyon Orange is 8.65 mm thick and weighs 235g.

It features a 6.82-inch QHD+ 10-bit LTPO OLED display with 1 Hz to 144 Hz refresh rate, BOE X3 panel, 3,600 nits peak brightness, 2160 Hz PWM dimming, DC dimming, Dolby Vision, and HDR Vivid.

The phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.1 storage. Battery capacity is 7,050 mAh with 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and USB 3.2 Gen 1.

Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, AI LinkBoost, RF chip, NetworkBoost chip, stereo speakers, quad microphones, and an X-axis linear motor. It runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

OPPO Find X9s Specs

The Find X9s is the smaller model in the lineup and is targeted at global buyers including India. It measures 156.98 x 73.93 x 7.99 mm and weighs 202g. The phone features 1.15mm uniform ultra-thin bezels and uses Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on the front. Color options include Midnight Grey, Lavender Sky, and Sunset Orange.

It comes with a Hasselblad-tuned triple 50 MP rear camera system. The main camera uses a 1/1.56-inch sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 23mm focal length. The ultra-wide camera has f/2.0 aperture and uses a JN5 sensor. The telephoto camera uses the LYT600 at 3X with f/2.6 aperture and also includes 2-axis OIS. The front camera is 32 MP with JN5 paired with an f/2.4 lens.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset with an 8-core CPU and Immortalis-G925 MC12 GPU. It comes with 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage.

Battery capacity is 7,025 mAh with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging or 55W PPS charging. There is no support for wireless charging.

Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.1, NFC (region dependent), ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, IR control, and USB 2.0.

China pricing for Find X9 Ultra

  • 12 GB + 256 GB: ¥7,499 (around ₹1,02,856 / $1,099)
  • 12 GB + 512 GB: ¥7,999 (around ₹1,09,714 / $1,173)
  • 16 GB + 512 GB: ¥8,499 (around ₹1,16,572 / $1,246)
  • 16 GB + 1 TB: ¥9,299 (around ₹1,27,527 / $1,363)
  • 16 GB + 1 TB Satellite Edition: ¥9,499 (around ₹1,30,270 / $1,393)
  • 16 GB + 1 TB Hasselblad Master Set: ¥11,999 (around ₹1,63,852 / $1,759)

The Find X9 Ultra is now available in China and select global markets. The Find X9s is only available in certain global markets. India pricing and exact launch dates are expected to be announced soon. Hopefully in May.
