Oppo has confirmed the date for its annual INNO Day event for the year 2022. The Oppo INNO Day will be held on December 14 via an online event. The theme for this year’s event is ‘Empowering a Better Future’. The theme hints that the event might see the launch of the following foldable phones from Oppo. Speculations are rife that Oppo will launch 2 foldables phones- Oppo Find N2 and Oppo Find N2 Flip during the INNO Day event.
“This year’s event will see the introduction of several new cutting-edge technologies developed under Oppo’s Four Smart Initiatives of smart entertainment, smart productivity, smart health, and smart learning,” Oppo said in a statement. The first Oppo INNO Day was held in 2019 when the company launched its first smartwatch. A rollable concept phone was shown off during the 2020 event while the 2021 event saw MariSillicon X NPU and a commercial foldable phone, Find N.
Expectations from Oppo INNO Day 2022
The company is expected to launch 2 new Find N Series smartphones- Oppo Find N2 and Oppo Find N2 Flip. It might also announce the successor to the MariSillicon X NPU during the event. The chip will debut on the next Find N flagship devices powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The company might give a preview of what it is planning for 2023.
The Oppo INNO Day 2022 will kick off at 1:30 PM IST on December 14 via Oppo’s official website.
