Oppo K13 Turbo Pro vs. iQOO Neo 10: Table of Contents

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo has launched a performance-centric midranger: the K13 Turbo Pro. With an active cooling fan for maintaining optimum temperature, the phone offers exceptional performance (thanks to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC) and a massive 7,000 mAh battery.

However, through no fault of its own, the K13 Turbo Pro competes directly with the iQOO Neo 10. Given that both phones run on the same processor, it might be tough to single out the one that suits your day-to-day needs better. To help you make an informed decision, we’ve compiled a detailed comparison between the two handsets.

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro vs. iQOO Neo 10: Design

Dimensions & Weight

K13 Turbo Pro colors and design
  • K13 Turbo Pro: 162.8 x 77.2 x 7.3 mm; 208 grams
  • iQOO Neo 10: 163.7 x 75.9 x 8.1 mm; 206 grams

Between the two phones, the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro is noticeably slimmer. However, there isn’t a significant difference between their weight.

Materials

Regarding materials, the back of the K13 Turbo Pro is made from a composite glass fiber material (which features a 3D metal cutting texture). The frame likely uses this material as well. On the front, the phone features the AGC DT-Star D+ cover glass.

The iQOO Neo 10, on the other hand, features a polycarbonate back panel and frame, along with the Schott Xensation Up glass on the front.

Design

Both phones feature a punch-hole display on the front, with symmetrical bezels on all sides (and a minimal bottom chin).

On the back, the K13 Turbo Pro features a dual-camera setup inside a vertically-aligned camera island, accompanied by a pill-shaped flash housing. It also has a few accents and subtle design elements on the back panel.

In contrast, the iQOO Neo 10 features a square-shaped, blacked-out (with rounded edges) camera module on the back panel, along with a dual-tone finish in Inferno Red colorway.

Colors

  • Oppo K13 Turbo Pro: Midnight Maverick, White Knight, Purple Phantom
  • iQOO Neo 10: Titanium Chrome, Inferno Red

IP Rating

While the K13 Turbo Pro features an IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance rating, the iQOO Neo 10 comes with an IP65 rating. The former can withstand high-pressure water jets and immersion up to two meters for 30 minutes, while the latter can only survive low-pressure water jets.

It’s worth mentioning here that the iQOO Neo 10 complies with the MIL-STD-810H standard, implying that it is fit to use in harsh environmental conditions.

iQOO Neo 10 review display

Out of the box, the K13 Turbo Pro sports a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen that offers a resolution of 2800 x 1280 pixels (453 ppi), a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. Additional features include a maximum touch sampling rate of 240Hz and a 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

The iQOO Neo 10 ships with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen that offers a resolution of 2800 x 1280 pixels (453 ppi), a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz, and a local peak brightness of 4,400 nits (2,000 nits in the high-brightness mode). The screen also supports 4,320Hz PWM dimming, making the screen more comfortable for your eyes.

Between the two phones, it is the iQOO Neo 10 that offers a brighter and smoother screen.

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro vs. iQOO Neo 10: Processor

Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 vs. 8s Gen 3: How Do The Processors Compare?

This is the most interesting aspect of the comparison between the K13 Turbo Pro and the iQOO Neo 10. Despite being mid-range phones, both phones run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, a near-flagship chipset that we’ve seen on the Nothing Phone (3).

It features an octa-core cluster design that includes a 3.21 GHz prime core, three 3.0 GHz performance cores, two 2.8 GHz balanced cores, and two 2.0 GHz efficient cores. Besides, the system-on-chip offers the Adreno 825 GPU and Qualcomm’s Hexagon NPU for on-device computations.

Luckily, we’ve tested this chip on two phones so far: the iQOO Neo 10 (review) and the Phone (3) (review). On the former, the chipset scores around 1.96 million points on the AuTuTu 10 benchmark, and 2,064/6,541 points in the single/multi-core GeekBench 6 benchmark. Please note that the phone scored the aforementioned numbers in the Monster Mode.

With this kind of performance, there’s nothing that the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 can’t do. You can throw video games at it, like BGMI and CODM, and it will handle them without flinching (including native 120 FPS gameplay) or edit 4K videos with ease. In fact, the iQOO Neo 10 also supports 144 FPS gameplay in BGMI, thanks to frame interpolation.

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro cooling fan
Visual representation of the cooling fan on the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro

The difference, however, is in the memory and storage configuration offered by the companies. For instance, the K13 Turbo Pro provides up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. While the iQOO Neo 10 offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, the baseline 128GB variant sports UFS 3.1 storage, while the 256GB and 512GB variants have UFS 4.1 storage.

The main highlight of the K13 Turbo Pro, however, is the presence of an active cooling fan (with a maximum rotational speed of 18,000 RPM), which lets the phone remain cooler under sustained loads, especially when you’re gaming for prolonged durations.

The company has also launched a Turbo cooling back clip, which further helps the internal fan in keeping the smartphone’s temperature under control. When used with the cooling kit, the phone’s temperature goes down by up to 13°C. Interestingly, both phones have a vapor chamber.

Moreover, you should expect similar performance from the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro and the iQOO Neo 10, with the latter providing higher FPS using frame interpolation in BGMI and slightly faster storage on 256GB and higher models. However, with the active cooling fan, the K13 Turbo Pro should sustain peak performance for longer.

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro vs. iQOO Neo 10: Operating System

The Oppo K13 Turbo Pro runs on the ColorOS 15 operating system, which is also based on Android 15. Among its key features are split-screen, floating windows, live alerts, a smart sidebar, and a range of AI-powered tools, including AI Unblur, AI 4K Upscaler, AI Reflection Remover, AI Summary, and AI Writer.

What’s not good, however, is Oppo’s promise to provide two years of major Android updates and three years of security patches. While the baseline Oppo K13 also comes with a similar software support policy, two years of Android updates is a letdown for a phone that costs nearly Rs. 40,000.

The iQOO Neo 10 runs on Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15. It offers features like lock screen customizations, blur effects in the Control Center, floating windows, and plenty of AI features, including AI Eraser, AI Photo Enhance, Live Text, AI Transcript, and Google’s Cirle to Search.

With the handset, you get three years of operating system updates and four years of security patches, which is standard in the segment.

  • Secondary Camera: 2MP (f/2.4, 89° FOV) monochrome sensor
  • Selfie Camera: 16MP (f/2.4, 85° FOV)

With the primary sensor, the K13 Turbo Pro can record 4K videos at up to 60 fps with optical image stabilization. Additional features include Cinematic Video and dual-view video.

iQOO Neo 10 Camera Configuration

iQOO Neo 10 camera setup review
  • Primary Camera: 50MP (f/1.8, OIS) Sony sensor
  • Secondary Camera: 8MP (f/2.2) ultrawide sensor
  • Selfie Camera: 32MP (f/2.5) sensor

While the iQOO Neo 10 can also record 4K videos in up to 60 fps, it offers a better and more useful secondary camera (an ultrawide sensor), and a selfie camera with higher resolution.

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro vs. iQOO Neo 10: Battery Life & Charging Speed

OPpo K13 Turbo Pro battery tech

Powering the K13 Turbo Pro is a 7,000 mAh lithium-ion battery that supports 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging. Under moderate usage, the battery should easily last over a day.

Now, the iQOO Neo 10 also has a 7,000 mAh battery, but it uses a silicon-carbon technology, which offers better longevity and stress-coping when compared to regular lithium-ion batteries. Further, the handset supports faster 120W FlashCharge wired charging.

What’s good is that both phones come with a power adapter in the box, saving you a couple of thousand rupees that might otherwise go into getting a fast charger. Further, they also support bypass charging.

Connectivity options on the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, IR Blaster, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port.

The iQOO Neo 10 also offers similar connectivity options, with the only difference being the dual-band GPS (L1 + L5), which provides better accuracy.

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro vs. iQOO Neo 10: Price & Conclusion

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro Price

Oppo K13 Turbo Pro

The handset is currently up for pre-orders; it will go on sale starting August 18, 2025, via Flipkart and the official Oppo store. As part of an introductory offer, you can get a Rs. 3,000 bank offer, which reduces the effective price of both variants.

The K13 Turbo Pro seems to be one of the better smartphones in the segment. It offers an industry-first waterproof active cooling fan for better thermal management, the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, a massive 7,000 mAh battery, and a bright LTPS AMOLED screen for stunning visuals.

However, in my opinion, the phone could have benefited from an ultrawide sensor and a brighter screen, something that the iQOO Neo 10 offers. If that doesn’t bother you, and you prioritize sustained performance over everything else (perhaps you’re a pro-gamer in the market for a mid-range phone), you can’t go wrong with the K13 Turbo Pro 5G.

iQOO neo 10 review

Compared to the K13 Turbo Pro, the iQOO Neo 10 offers a brighter screen, faster storage on the higher models, a usable secondary camera, and better software support. While the phone may lag behind the K13 Turbo Pro in terms of sustained performance, it is the better all-rounder handset.

While the K13 Turbo Pro costs Rs. 39,999 for the top variant with 256GB storage, the iQOO Neo 10 offers 512GB at Rs. 41,998, offering more value for your money.
