Oppo India has expanded its affordable mid-range smartphone lineup with the new Oppo K14x 5G. The Oppo K14x will be available to purchase via the company’s official website and Flipkart from February 16, 2026.
At launch, buyers can get a Rs. 1,500 discount via the bank offers (applicable on cards from SBI, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank) or a three-month no-cost EMI.

Out of the box, the Oppo K14x 5G comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,125 nits of peak brightness.
Under the hood, the phone runs on the Dimensity 6300 (6nm) chipset, which features two 2.4 GHz performance cores and six 2.0 GHz balanced cores.
The chipset is combined with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage (expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card).

The Oppo K14x 5G runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 and should most likely receive two years of operating system upgrades from the company. Regarding optics, the handset sports a 50MP (f/1.8) primary camera, a 2MP (f/2.4) portrait sensor, and a 5MP (f/2.2) front-facing camera.
One of the main highlights of the smartphone is its 6,500 mAh battery that supports 45W SuperVOOC wired charging. Connectivity options include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.4, and a USB Type-C port.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an IP64 dust and water resistance rating.
