Oppo Reno 8 Pro House of the Dragon Special Edition launched in India

The smartphone will retail for Rs. 45,999 via Flipkart starting December 13.

Tech giant Oppo launched the Oppo Reno 8 Series in India in July 2022. It included two models- Oppo Reno 8, and Oppo Reno 8 Pro. Now, Oppo has launched a new limited edition of the Pro variant that is the Oppo Reno 8 Pro House of the Dragon edition. The House of Dragon edition has the same specs as the regular Oppo Reno 8 Pro device but comes with exclusive goodies including a themed back cover, a dragon-shaped sim ejector tool, a dragon emblem phone holder, and a couple of collectibles like the dragon egg.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro House of the Dragon: Price & Availability

The special edition smartphone is priced at Rs. 45,999 for the 12GB RAM+256GB storage configuration. It will be available for purchase starting December 13 via Flipkart. You can also pre-book the limited edition starting tomorrow, December 8 via Flipkart.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro House of the Dragon: What is new?

Oppo is providing various goodies with the Reno 8 pro House of the Dragon limited edition. The goodies include a leather cover featuring the Targaryen House logo in golden color. Oppo has bundled a sim ejector pin in a golden color which is in the shape of a dragon. The buyers will also get a Dragon Egg as a collectible. The retail box includes a Targaryen Sigil Key chain and a Dragon Emblem Phone holder.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro House of the Dragon: Specs

The Oppo Reno 8 Pro House of the Dragon is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max processor with Mali G610 GPU. It packs 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It runs ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.

The smartphone flaunts a 120Hz AMOLED Full HD+ resolution with 950 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. In terms of camera, the triple camera setup at the back includes a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. There is a 32MP selfie lens as well. Oppo Reno 8 Pro the House of the Dragon edition packs a 4500mAh battery with 80W fast charging. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner and the device weighs about 183 grams.
