Oppo Reno 9 & Reno 9 Pro specs surface online: Read on to know more

Tech giant Oppo is gearing up to launch its next Reno Series of smartphones. The Oppo Reno 9 Series will consist of Oppo Reno 9 & Oppo Reno 9 Pro which will succeed Oppo Reno 8 & Oppo Reno 8 Pro. Although there is no announcement about the date of launch, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed some information about both these devices.

Oppo Reno 9 & 9 Pro: Specs leaked

Digital Chat Station shared a post via Weibo, wherein the tipster revealed some specs of Oppo Reno 9 and 9 Pro. According to the tipster, Oppo Reno 9 will be powered by a Qualcomm SM7325 chipset. It would have a 64MP main camera.

Oppo Reno 9 Pro will be powered by MediaTek MT6895 chipset (Dimensity 8000) and feature a 50MP IMX766 main camera.

Some images of the retail box for Oppo Reno 9 have also been shared by Digital Chat Station.

To recall, the Oppo Reno 8 was powered by Dimensity 1300 chipset whereas the Oppo Reno 8 Pro was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. The previous series also had Oppo Reno 8 Pro+ variant that came to India as Oppo Reno 8 Pro in India.

However, this time it is still not known if the Oppo Reno 9 Series will have a third model or not. The series is expected to launch next month in China.
