TL; DR
  • OPPO’s Reno15 series could include three models: Reno15, Reno15 Pro (or 15s), and Reno15 Pro+.
  • Expect flat 1.5K OLED displays across the board, a 200MP main sensor on Pro models, 50MP periscope telephoto across the lineup, and 50MP autofocus selfies.
  • Launch rumors point to late 2025 in China, likely going global soon after.

The Reno15 leaks are now rolling in, and the early picture suggests OPPO is doubling down on display, design, and cameras. After the global Reno14 rollout earlier this year, leaks about the Reno15 models are here, and it said to include three models this year: Reno 15, Reno15 Pro (or 15s), and Reno15 Pro+ (the successor to the Reno14 Pro). Let’s take a look at the details.

Just like the Reno14 series designs, Reno15 models are also rumored to go flat. DCS says that there will be a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS OLED on the base Reno15, with 120Hz refresh rate and vibrant colors similar to the Find X8 (review).

The Reno15 Pro, possibly also called Reno15s, shrinks to a 6.31-inch LTPS OLED. This is a new model in the lineup, bringing the compact design at a mid-range price. It will also feature a 2.5D glass with a metal frame.

The Reno15 Pro+ (name not confirmed; could be called just the Pro if the compact one is called the 15s) will feature a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED, with adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate like the Find X9 series. This bigger panel could also bring better battery efficiency and full-screen always-on display support.

All three should have punch-hole selfies, slim bezels, IP-rated water resistance, and ColorOS 16 with AI features.

Camera-wise, OPPO is going all-in. Every model gets a 50MP periscope telephoto with a “small bottom,” meaning a JN5-sized sensor. The front camera uses a 50MP autofocus unit on all models, with 4K60 video recording. The Pro and Pro+ models steal the show with a 200MP HP5 main sensor—the same one being used on the Find X9

Expect LUMO-tuned colors, 4K 60fps Dolby Vision recording, and a LOT of AI enhancements. The base Reno15 is expected to stick with a 50MP main, likely a 1/1.56-inch sensor, which is an upgrade over the Reno14.

Design-wise, the series leans on OPPO’s “Cold Carving” aesthetic, with metallic accents around the camera module, reminiscent of the Reno12. Internally, rumors point to MediaTek Dimensity 8400 series—or the upcoming D8000 line—with 3nm efficiency, up to 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage.

Batteries could be somewhere around 6,500 mAh to 7,500 mAh with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging for the Pro models. The base model is expected to omit wireless charging.
