OPPO has finally confirmed a major product launch event scheduled for April 10 in China, unveiling a range of new devices headlined by the OPPO Find X8 Ultra, Find X8s, and Find X8s+. Alongside these smartphones, the company will introduce the OPPO Pad 4 Pro tablet, OPPO Watch X2 Mini smartwatch, and OPPO Enco Free 4 true wireless earbuds. Let’s take a close look at what we can expect from each.
OPPO Find X8 Ultra

The Find X8 Ultra is poised to be OPPO’s flagship star. It will feature a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED LTPO flat display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Unlike the Find X8 and X8 Pro, this device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, with options for 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
The camera system includes a quad setup: a 50 MP 1” main sensor, a 50 MP 1/2.76” ultra-wide, and dual periscope telephoto cameras (3X 1/1.56” f/2.1 and 6X 1/1.95” f/3.X, both 50MP). It’s equipped with a 6,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, all housed in an 8.xx mm thick body and IP68/IP69 rating.

OPPO Find X8s

The Find X8s, a compact model, will sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and ultra-slim bezels under 1.38mm. It will run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
The triple-camera array features a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto. A 5,700 mAh battery supports 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. At under 8.15mm thick and 187g, it also carries an IP68/IP69 rating.

OPPO Find X8s+

The larger Find X8s+ offers a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat OLED screen, also powered by the Dimensity 9400+ SoC. It mirrors the X8s’ camera and charging specs, with configurations up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
It will be available in Moonlight White, Hoshino Black, and Hyacinth Purple. This model emphasizes design upgrades over its predecessor, the Find X8, though exact battery size remains a mystery beyond “larger than 5,700 mAh.”
OPPO Pad 4 Pro

The Pad 4 Pro will debut as the world’s first tablet with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It will feature a 13.4-inch 3.4K LCD with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 16GB RAM, and 80W charging.
We already have the renders and images of the Pad 4 Pro and it will be available in Morning Light, Galaxy Silver, and Space Gray. As you can probably tell, its camera housing has shifted from the center to a corner, and the bezels are also much slimmer.
OPPO Watch X2 Mini

Aimed at smaller wrists, the Watch X2 Mini has a 42mm dial with 18mm straps. Running on a yet-unspecified chipset, it’s expected to inherit features from the Watch X2 series, tailored for a compact form factor. Full specs are still pending.

OPPO Enco Free 4

The Enco Free 4 TWS earbuds promise noise cancellation and come in blue and yellow shades. Details on battery life, drivers, and connectivity are scarce, but they’re positioned as a mid-range audio option.
No international launch

This event follows OPPO’s global rollout of the Find X8 and X8 Pro last November. The April 10 launch in China will spotlight these new devices, with no word yet on international availability. Word is that these devices, at least the phones, will not leave the China mainland. The OPPO Pad 4 Pro and the Watch X2 Mini might be rebranded as the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro and the OnePlus Watch 3 Mini, but nothing is concrete at the moment.
More details are anticipated as the date approaches, with OPPO likely to share teasers in the coming weeks.
