Ahead of their official launch on October 4, 2023, the product pages of the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro have appeared online, leaking both smartphones in full glory. The leak confirms all the specifications, including the screen size, refresh rate, camera details, design, and colors in which it will be available. The product page has been uploaded online by tipster Evan Blass

Per the leaked product page, the Pixel 8 will come with a 6.2-inch display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, which is a significant upgrade considering the Pixel 7 was limited to 90Hz refresh rate. The screen will have slim bezels on all sides (except the chin) and a punch-hole camera in the center. Under the hood, the smartphone will run on Tensor G3.

Another major detail the leak reveals is that the phone will come with a 50MP primary sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with autofocus. On the front, users will get a 10.5MP selfie shooter. All cameras can shoot 4K videos at 60 frames per second. Further, the smartphone will support photographic features like Photo Unblur, Magic Eraser, Best Take, Macro Focus, and up to 8x Super Res Zoom.

The phone will also feature a fast-charging 24-hour battery, fingerprint, face unlock, and an IP68 rating. Although the latest leak doesn’t contain the price of the smartphone, it would be safe to say that the Pixel 8 will be more expensive than the Pixel 7 was at the time of launch. The European phone pricing is said to be EUR 799, which is about Rs. 70,200.

The Pixel 8 Pro will offer a 6.7-inch screen with 120Hz refresh rate. The phone appears to have a thinner chin than the vanilla Pixel. It will also run on the Google Tensor G3 chipset. Regarding cameras, the latest leak suggests the Pro phone carries a 50MP primary sensor, a 48MP 5x optical zoom sensor, and a 48MP ultra-wide sensor with upgraded autofocus. At the front, the smartphone will feature the same 10.5MP selfie shooter.

Regarding features, the device will have the upper hand with up to 30x Super Res Zoom and Pro Controls for letting users adjust the shutter speed, white balance, ISO, and focus range. The product page also confirms that the phone will come with a thermometer, and previous leaks have suggested that this will help users monitor their skin’s temperature. Unfortunately, the smartphone could be Google’s first smartphone priced at EUR 1,099, which converts to over Rs. 96,000.
