Poco F5 & Poco F5 Pro renders reveal color options: Checkout expected specs inside

Poco has confirmed the global launch of the Poco F5 Series on May 9. The Poco F5 Series will include 2 smartphones- Poco F5 & Poco F5 Pro. Alongside the global launch, Poco will also launch Poco F5 in India. Poco F5 is a highly anticipated device that is expected to be a rebrand of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo.

Ahead of the launch, Poco F5 Series smartphones have been shown off in renders officially and unofficially. Let us have a look at the color options and expected specs of the Poco F5 & Poco F5 Pro.

Poco F5: Images reveal color options

Poco India head Himanshu Tandon has shared the live images of the Poco F5 smartphone that is launching in India on May 9. The two images are in Carbon Black and Snowstorm White colors. The images have revealed the colors as well as the design of the device. The design from the back also reaffirms the fact that it is a rebrand of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav claims that the Poco F5 will have a price tag of under Rs. 30,000 in the country. The bank offers might bring the price to as low as Rs. 26,000.

Poco F5: Expected specs & features

Poco F5 is said to sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a front-facing punch-hole camera. It is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset along with an Adreno GPU and up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage.

In terms of software, the Poco F5 will run Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom skin experience. Poco F5 is said to pack a 5160mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging. In terms of camera optics, the smartphone is rumored to feature a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor. At the front will be a 16MP selfie camera for high-quality pictures and videos on the go.

Poco F5 Pro: Color options

Poco F5 Pro will launch globally on May 9 as a part of the Poco F5 Series. Although this one won’t come to India as of now, days ahead of the launch, some promo images have surfaced online that reveal Poco F5 Pro to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K60.

Tipster SnoopyTech claims that the Poco F5 Pro will come in black and white shades. He has also shared the specs of the device.

Poco F5 Pro: Expected specs

Tipster SnoopyTech claims that the Pro variant in the series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and have 12GB RAM+256GB storage. According to the tipster, it will sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 3200×1440 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will pack a 5160mAh battery with 67W fast charging and run Android 13 OS. In terms of the camera, it will have a 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor at the back. The smartphone will have dual stereo speakers, dual sim, NFC, 5G, wireless charging, a 16MP selfie camera, and more.

The Poco F5 Pro is claimed to be IP53 rated, measuring 162.8x75x8.5mm and weighing around 204 grams.
