Poco X3 Indian edition gets Snapdragon 732G SoC and 6000mAh battery: India price, specs

Poco X3 has officially arrived in India. It is the second X series phone and a successor to the Poco X2 (review). The Poco X3 Indian edition is slightly different from Poco X3 NFC that made headlines earlier this month when it was presented in Europe.

Poco X3 India price, availability

The Poco X3 is priced at Rs 16,999 for the base 6GB + 64GB storage variant and Rs 18,499 for the 6GB + 128GB storage variant. The Poco X3 8GB RAM +128GB ROM variant is priced at Rs 19,999 in the country.

The Poco X3 comes in Cobalt Blue and Shadow Grey colour options.

Poco X3 Highlights

The Poco X3 flaunts a 6.67-inch IPS screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Poco prefers to call it RealityFlow 120Hz display. Out of the box, it will have Widevine L1 certification for HD and HDR 10 content streaming on Netflix and Prime Videos.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G SoC is what enthralls at the heart of the Poco X3. The phone also comes with liquid cooling technology.

It boasts of a 64MP led quad rear camera setup and a 20MP selfie camera housed within the punch hole cutout on the front. The quad-camera setup includes a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor, a 13-megapixel 119-degree wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel depth snapper, and a 2-megapixel macro snapper.

The Poco X3 Indian variant gets a massive 6000mAh battery which is beefier than the one on Poco X3 NFC edition. A 33W fast charger comes bundled with the phone. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that also acts as a power button. And yes, Poco X3 is IP53 rated for splash resistance.
