Poco will be unveiling a new smartphone in India on March 30. The company has, however, not revealed the name of the device yet. But we strongly guess it to be Poco X3 Pro. Poco took Twitter to make the official announcement and has now started to send media invites for the event.

Poco has been dropping hints for quite some time on social media platforms with the hashtag ‘#PROformance’. Interestingly, Poco is comparing the upcoming device with its first-ever Poco F1 smartphone in terms of performance.

In an open letter to its fans, Poco says, “It’s crazy that we are in 2021 and not a single phone launched at the price of the F1 (Rs 21k) has been able to match or beat its performance. It’s been 30 months!” It suggests that the Poco X3 Pro could debut at a competitive price while packed with Poco F1-like features. Since the brand has not divulged much in the Poco X3 Pro, we have few leaks suggesting specs of the Poco X3 (review) successor.

Poco X3 Pro Expected Features

The Poco X3 Pro is expected to be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 chipset offering up to 8GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage. The chipset is, however, not yet announced by Qualcomm. The X3 Pro is said to take power from a 5200mAh battery bolstered by fast charge.

The phone could flaunt an FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole screen similar to Poco X3. The upcoming mid-ranger is anticipated to sport quad cameras at the back with a 64MP main shooter and the remaining three standard sensors for ultra-wide, depth, and macro clicks.

Since the launch date is confirmed, Poco could soon reveal more details in the coming days. Till then, comment below what you think Poco will unveil on March 30.
