TL; DR
  • AnTuTu listing shows a 3.3 million score for the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, which is expected to launch in India as the POCO X8 Pro Max.
  • The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500S, already confirmed by Redmi earlier this week.

An AnTuTu benchmark score has surfaced for the POCO X8 Pro Max, giving an early look at what to expect from the upcoming India launch. The device in question is the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, which is set to be rebranded for the Indian market under the POCO name.

The leaked AnTuTu listing shows a total score of 3,298,445, a figure that puts the phone comfortably alongside current flagship-tier Android devices. The listing confirms the use of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, which was officially introduced just a few days ago and already confirmed by Redmi as the processor for the Turbo 5 Max.

Breaking down the score, the device reportedly achieved around 952,789 points in CPU, 1,130,421 in GPU, 502,375 in memory, and 712,860 in UX. The chipset configuration includes a Cortex-X925 prime core clocked at 3.73 GHz, supported by Cortex-X4 and Cortex-A720 cores, with graphics handled by the Immortalis-G925 GPU.

This is not the first performance leak tied to the device. The Turbo 5 Max was previously spotted on Geekbench with 16 GB RAM, where it got 2862 in single core and 9130 in multi core. Together, these benchmarks suggest that the POCO X8 Pro Max will focus heavily on raw performance.

While full specifications and launch timelines for India are still pending, the phone is said to feature a 1.5K 120Hz flat OLED, 9,000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging, 50MP main camera, IP69, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
