PUBG New State now available for download: System requirements and gameplay details

Krafton has rolled out PUBG New State which can be downloaded by Android and iOS users globally. Though the game was supposed to release at 9:30 AM IST today, Krafton made it available for Android users a few hours earlier. And it was soon followed by the release on iOS. PUBG New State download link can be found on the Google Play Store as well Apple App Store.

Launch officially delayed by 2 hours. This is the delay notice that has been issued.

In the latest development, PUBG New State faced issues working immediately after it was made available to download today morning. Now, Krafton has announced a delay of almost 2 hours to the official launch, which means PUBG New State will be up like at 15:00 KST or 11:30 AM IST after the server-related issue gets resolved.

PUBG New State System Requirements

The following requirements have to be fulfilled by your Android device to run PUBG New State:

A smartphone with at least 2GB RAM
Smartphone running Android 6.0 or higher version
The file size of the PUBG New State Android version is 1.4GB. So, your device must have that much space to download, install, and run the game.

For iOS users, requirements are-

iPhone or iPad on IOS 13 or later.
iOS version is 1.5GB in size.

The game also downloads extra files worth 250MB on average after installing.

The biggest change that can be seen right from the start is the presence of a Google-based login and save game option. So, far Krafton’s games (save for BGMI) have relied on Facebook login as the only third-party option for authentication and online backups of gameplay. With PUBG New State, players are now given an option to log in via their Google as well as Apple account.

PUBG New State Gameplay

PUBG New State is a battle royale game developed by PUBG Studios. It has been released globally and the gameplay will be on the same lines as PUBG Mobile in which 100 players will compete with various weapons and strategies until only 1 team remains.

It is set in the year 2051 and comes with improved graphics, new weapons, dynamic gunplay, new mechanics and vehicles, etc.
