Realme 9 Pro Plus will come with a heart rate sensor

Realme 9 Pro series launch is not far away as we have managed to reveal most of its specs, colors, and design in our previous reports. Following this, Realme has started teasing its upcoming phone. In their latest teaser, the company has highlighted its heart rate sensor embaded fingerprint sensor.

Madhav Sheth, Realme India head, shared a post on Twitter to announce the new feature of the upcoming Realme 9  Pro+. The shared demo video shows the working of the heart rate monitoring mechanism. 

It works when user puts a finger on the in-display fingerprint scanner upon that a heartbeat emoji will blink on the screen. Once the process is done, the feature will display the calculated heart rate on a history tab along with showing previous records, if any.

Nevertheless, the Chinese smartphone maker has not revealed the actual launch date of the Realme 9 Pro series, we have previously reported that it could host an event on February 16. Hitherto, Smartprix has revealed the spec details of Realme 9 Pro Plus. 

Realme 9 Pro+ Revealed Specs

Realme 9 Pro+ will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB built-in storage. The phone will sport a 6.43-inch FHD+ sAMOLED display refreshed at a rate of 90Hz. The device will pack a 4500mAh battery supporting fast charge capability.

For camera lenses, the Realme 9 Pro Plus will offer a triple camera setup on the back comprising a 50MP primary camera with 8MP and 2MP secondary sensors. The left-aligned punch-hole on the front will sport a 16MP selfie camera.
