Realme 9 series will be one of the anticipated releases of 2022 and if reports are to be believed, you could expect the key models of the lineup to see the daylight by February. I say “key models” because the lower-end Realme 9i could launch later this month itself. Meanwhile, the Realme 9 Pro (model number RMX3472) and Realme 9 Pro+ (model number RMX3393), as mentioned before, will debut next month.

Both of these phones have purportedly got EU’s CE certification. And although the actual dates aren’t clear, sooner than later, the Realme 9 phones should hit the store shelves of India.

Realme 9 Pro+ Specs (Expected)

Realme 9 Pro+ is likely to come with a 6.5-inch screen with FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole camera. The selfie sensor would be a 16MP one. Swivel and by the back, you would be getting a quartet including a 50MP+ 13MP+ 8MP+ 2MP setup.

Inside, the phone would be wielding a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset (with 5G capability) and a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging.

That’s about all we know at the moment about this handset.

Realme 9i Specs (Expected)

Realme 9i is said to be launching on January 11 in Vietnam. Here’s everything we know about the device from leaks and rumors.

First of all, the 9i would be adopting a new design called “Stereo Prism Design”. Towards the top left corner, there will be the phone’s rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP+ 8MP+ 2MP trio.

The selfie clicker would be a 16MP sensor here as well. This will be present on a 6.6-inch panel with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The underlying processor would be Snapdragon 680. This would be bolstered by 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The internals would also include a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

Other expected features are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11), 4G VoLTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port, and a microSD card slot.

We will keep you posted on any updates regarding their launch and availability in India.
