The realme GT 7 Pro is expected to launch by the end of this year, and leaks have started to surface on the web. According to DCS, a renowned Chinese leaker, the phone will feature a camera setup that includes a 50 MP Sony IMX906 main sensor (1/1.56”) and a 50 MP Sony IMX882 3x telephoto lens (1/1.95”).

realme seems to be sticking with an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor, which has been the case in previous models. It could also sport a 50 MP front camera. This camera configuration closely resembles what’s seen in the realme 13 Pro+. The realme 13 Pro+ also has a 50 MP 1/1.56” main, a 50 MP 1/1.95” 3x, and an 8 MP ultra-wide.

However, since this is a flagship device, it will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite (or the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4) processor. The design is also expected to be a bit different—the camera module would be square-ish with all the lenses and the flash inside.
On the charging front, the realme GT 7 Pro has already been spotted on 3C certification with 120W fast charging, and it is also rumored to house a 6000+ mAh battery. The device is likely to come with a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X2 display featuring a punch-hole cutout and thin bezels.

There’s no confirmation yet on whether the display will be curved or flat. Additionally, the phone is tipped to feature IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance and will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The device should launch in China by the end of October or early November. A global/India launch is expected to be in December 2024. What are your thoughts on the realme GT 7 Pro? Is it worthy of being called a flagship killer from realme? Let us know in the comments.
