Realme launched the GT 6T 5G smartphone in India a few months ago. The brand also announced the Realme GT Neo 6 device powered by Snapdragon 8s gen 3 SoC in May 2024. Now, the brand is all set to announce the successor to the GT Neo 6 in China. The Realme GT Neo 7 launch timeline has been tipped along with some key specs that have surfaced online. Apart from Realme GT Neo 7, the brand will also launch Realme GT 7 Pro in China which is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. The GT 7 Pro is expected to arrive in China in November 2024, however, dive in to know more about the GT Neo 7 launch timeline.

Realme GT Neo 7: Launch Timeline

Tipster Smart Pikachu claims that the Realme GT Neo 7 might launch by the end of 2024, that is it might go official in December 2024. Tipster Digital Chat Station claims that most of the devices powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will have hiked price tags. He also said that those who are interested in phones for features, performance, and display should wait for more affordable flagships that will have chipsets from previous generations. It is even being called the ‘price killer’ by the brand.

Realme GT Neo 7: Expected specs

Tipster Smart Pikachu has shared a post on Weibo, according to which the Realme GT Neo 7 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 under the hood with overclocked CPU cores. It is expected to have a 1.5K resolution flat screen for a better gaming experience and it might even include a better GPU for enhanced gaming. The leak also claims 100W wired charging support for Realme GT Neo 7.

Realme GT Neo 6: Highlights

The Realme GT Neo 6 that came out in May in China had a price tag of CNY 2099 which is approximately Rs. 22,000 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version. It featured a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and drew power from Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. There was a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera and under the hood is a 5500mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging.
If leaks are true and Realme GT Neo 7 does launch in December, it will compete with the likes of Redmi K80, OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, and many more.
