When Realme is getting ready to introduce its Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro Plus in India, the next GT Neo series leak appeared on the Chinese social site Weibo. The leak is about realme GT 5 Neo line-up which is supposed to comprise two models – Realme GT Neo5 and Realme GT Neo5T. Ahead of official confirmation, a tech social influencer on Weibo claims to have inside information about the Realme GT Neo5 battery size and charging prowess.

The Realme GT Neo5 will arrive in two fast charging variants that should include 150W and 240W fast charging capabilities, according to the renowned leakster Digital Chat Station. A dual-cell 4600mAh (BLP987) battery will be included with the 240W fast charging variant while the 5000mAh battery (BLP985) edition will support 150W charging feature.

Also, the 150W variant has received Indian BIS certification. Still, the fastest 240W is yet to be listed on the certification site so it’s unclear if it will ship to the Indian shore.

Realme GT Neo5 specs (expected)

The upcoming Realme GT Neo5 is said to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9-series chipset. It could feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Camera features may include a 50MP triple rear setup and a 16MP or 32MP selfie shooter.

Realme GT Neo5 is rumored to boot the Realme UI 4.0 skin based on Android 13 right out of the box. As mentioned earlier, the 5000mAh battery variant could offer 150W charging support, and the 4600mAh edition could go to the fastest 240W charging capabilities.

Since this is the early information set, we will advise you to take it with a pinch of salt.
