realme has officially teased the upcoming GT7 Pro in China. The poster does not tell us the exact release date but does confirm that it would launch by the end of this month i.e., October 2024. The phone will feature the newly announced Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, expected to be unveiled on October 21st at the Snapdragon Summit. realme is positioning the GT7 Pro as part of its new generation of “dual-engine flagships.”

Leaked details give us a comprehensive look at the GT7 Pro’s specifications. The phone is rumored to sport a 6.7” or 6.8” Samsung-made micro-quad-curved display with a 1.5K resolution and a global display brightness of 2000 Nits. This high brightness level will make it one of the brightest displays in its segment.

Camera-wise, the GT7 Pro is said to be equipped with a 50 MP Sony IMX906 (LYT700) wide camera with a 1/1.56” sensor, plus an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter. Additionally, it will feature a 50 MP Sony IMX882 (LYT600) periscope camera with 3x optical zoom and a 1/1.95” sensor. For selfies, the phone is said to have a 32 MP front camera.
Powering the device will be a 6,500 mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The GT7 Pro is set to launch with realme UI 6.0, based on Android 15, which will share similarities with ColorOS 15, expected to be unveiled on October 17th, 2025.

We also got a first look at the realme GT7 Pro’s box, which shows a design similar to the GT6 series. It features a black box with “AI” written at the top right corner, and “GT7 Pro” in the center. The design is typical and follows the same style as realme’s previous flagship boxes.
