The realme P3 Ultra is set to launch on March 19, 2025, alongside the standard realme P3. Ahead of the official reveal, we’ve had the chance to explore the device, and we’re excited to share an in-depth preview—covering specs, performance, and early insights, including gaming. This is your detailed first look, with a comprehensive review to follow on launch day. Let’s get into it.
realme P3 Ultra Performance — MediaTek Dimensity 8350
Powering the realme P3 Ultra is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, built on TSMC’s 4 nm process. Our initial tests suggest this phone is engineered for performance. It scored over 1.4 million on AnTuTu—a good result for its segment and a hint at its potential.

The CPU configuration includes:
- 1 prime Cortex-A715 core at 3.35 GHz for peak tasks.
- 3 Cortex-A715 performance cores at 3.2 GHz.
- 4 Cortex-A510 efficiency cores at 2.2 GHz.
The realme P3 Ultra offers two configurations:
- 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
- 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
We also ran the AnTuTu storage test and the results were impressive. The P3 Ultra achieved a score of 144021, with a sequential read speed of 2085 MB/s and a sequential write speed of 1913 MB/s.

It runs realme UI 6, based on Android 14. In our early testing, the system felt exceptionally smooth, thanks to optimized animations. realme has been refining its software in recent years, and this iteration continues that trend.

For gaming enthusiasts, we tested Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and found:
- Smooth + Extreme Plus graphics at 90 FPS.

- No overheating concerns.

The experience was consistent, with no noticeable frame drops. The included GT Mode enhances this further with features like:
- AI Motion Control for precise gyroscope-based play.
- AI Touch Control for improved responsiveness.
- Core tuning options to customize CPU performance.

realme P3 Ultra Display

The realme P3 Ultra sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with:
- 1.5K resolution
- A 120 Hz refresh rate
- 2160 Hz PWM dimming
We’ll dive into brightness and color performance in the full review, but these specs are very similar to that of the realme 14 Pro+ (review) that we reviewed recently.
realme P3 Ultra Battery and Charging
The phone houses a 6,000 mAh battery which supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging, which realme claims can go from 0 to 100% in roughly 55 minutes (we’ll confirm this in the review).
Stay Tuned for March 19
The realme P3 Ultra looks like a compelling package so far: good performance, a massive battery, and a great display. While these early impressions are promising, the full picture—covering cameras, real-world battery life, and more—arrives with our review on March 19, 2025.
