In terms of design, all the phones feature a punch-hole screen at the front, accompanied by symmetrical bezels on the sides. However, of the three, it is the realme 15T that has the thickest bezels (and the lowest screen-to-body ratio of 86.4%), while the realme 15 Pro has the thinnest bezels (and the highest screen-to-body ratio of 91.2%).

When it comes to the back panel, all the phones have a camera module, either rectangular or square in shape, at the top left corner, which houses the camera sensors. However, it’s worth mentioning that the realme 15T, of the three, looks the most like a Pro iPhone (with the square-shaped camera module and triangular placement of two sensors and a decorative lens-like element).

IP Rating

realme 15 Pro design
realme 15 Pro

The most affordable handset in the comparison, the realme P4, features an IP66 dust and water resistance rating. The realme 15T and the realme 15 Pro feature an IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance rating, which makes these phones submersible in up to 2 meters of water for 30 minutes.

However, it is the realme 15 Pro that complies with the MIL-STD-810H standard, making the phone suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. So, the realme 15T and the realme 15 Pro are relatively more durable than the realme P4.

realme P4 5G vs. realme 15T vs. realme 15 Pro: Display

The realme P4 features a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen with a 2392 x 1080 pixels (388 ppi), a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz, and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits (limited to B). Additional features include support for HDR10+ content and 3840Hz PWM dimming.

The realme 15T features a slightly smaller 6.57-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2372 x 1080 pixels (401 ppi), a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz, and a local peak brightness of 4,000 nits (limited to 1,400 nits in high-brightness mode). It also supports 2160Hz PWM dimming.

Regarding the realme 15 Pro, it sports a 6.8-inch OLED curved screen with the highest resolution (453 ppi), a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz, and a local peak brightness of 6,500 nits, which is limited to 1,800 nits in the high-brightness mode. It also supports 4,608Hz PWM dimming, which makes the display easier on the eyes.

realme P4 5G vs. realme 15T vs. realme 15 Pro: Performance

Dimensity 7400 SoC

Under the hood, the realme P4 runs on the Dimensity 7400 (4nm) chipset (with a dedicated graphics chip, the HyperVision AI), which features four 2.6GHz performance cores, four 2.0GHz efficient cores, Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. While the phone scores around 740K points on the AnTuTu 10 benchmark, it scores around 1,000/3,050 points in the single/multi-core GeekBench 6 CPU test.

The second phone in the comparison, the new realme 15T, runs on the Dimensity 6400 Max (6nm), which is also an octa-core processor that features two performance cores, six balanced cores, Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. On AnTuTu 10, the chipset scores around 440K points, while the GeekBench 6 scores are around 800/2100.

Last but not least, the realme 15 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm) chipset, which features a 2.8GHz prime core. It runs alongside the Adreno 722 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Thanks to the relatively more powerful chipset, the realme 15 Pro scores around 1 million points in the AnTuTu 10 benchmark and a GeekBench 6 score of 1200/3,500 points.

It is odd that the realme 15T features a less powerful chipset than the realme P4, which is relatively more affordable. It seems that the company has cut corners on the handset’s performance. However, if that’s your priority, you should go with the realme 15 Pro, which outperforms the other handsets.

realme P4 5G vs. realme 15T vs. realme 15 Pro: Software

realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15

Given that all the phones belong to the same brand, they run on the same operating system: Realme UI 6.0 (based on Android 15).

Regarding Realme UI 6.0, the user interface offers features like flux themes, wallpaper fill and depth effects, refreshed icon designs, Sketch to Image, AI Studio, AI Clarity, AI Eraser, and AI Document Tools. Additional features include Frame Plus, AI Super resolution, and Live Alerts.

All the phones in the comparison will get three years of operating system updates, along with four years of security updates. Moreover, you should expect a similar software experience from all the phones. However, the realme 15 Pro, with its powerful processor, should provide a more snappy and responsive user interface.

However, the latter has a high-resolution 50MP ultrawide sensor, which captures more details. While all the phones can capture 4K 30fps videos, the realme 15 Pro can capture 4K videos at 60fps. When it comes to selfies, though, the realme 15T and the realme 15 Pro have a higher-resolution 50MP shooter (though only the Pro can shoot 4K videos).

realme P4 5G vs. realme 15T vs. realme 15 Pro: Battery Life & Charging

realme P4 5G battery
realme P4’s battery

The realme P4 sports a 7,000 mAh Si/C battery that supports 80W wired and 10W reverse wireless charging.

The realme 15T, like the P4, also boasts a 7,000 mAh Si/C battery that supports 60W wired and 10W reverse wireless charging. Both phones support bypass charging.

The realme 15 Pro, on the other hand, gets a 7,000 mAh lithium-ion battery that supports 80W wired charging.

In day-to-day usage, all phones should provide a similar battery life in terms of screen-on time. However, silicon-carbon batteries have a slightly longer lifespan compared to regular lithium-ion batteries.

realme P4 5G vs. realme 15T vs. realme 15 Pro: Connectivity

All the phones provide 5G connectivity, along with support for dual-band Wi-Fi; only the realme 15 Pro supports Wi-Fi 6. A USB Type-C 2.0 port and GPS are also standard. The realme P4 and the realme 15T feature an IR Blaster, whereas the realme 15 Pro provides NFC.

realme P4 Price

realme P4 Price

Amid all the phones in the comparison, the realme P4 seems to be the most value-for-money deal. It provides a more capable display, chipset, and a massive battery that can last over a day on a single charge. If you’re looking for a capable smartphone with a decent hardware/software combination in a budget, you can’t go wrong with the realme P4. Currently, the prices are a bit high (as you can check on the Smartprix price tracker).

The realme 15T, on the other hand, is playing a totally different game. It appeals to customers who want a phone that looks good (and resembles the iPhone), primarily driven by the feel-good factor. While its specifications are decent, they are not as impressive as those of the realme P4.

The realme 15 Pro is the most expensive phone in the comparison, justifying the premium in price with a superior screen, chipset, a more capable camera system, and NFC connectivity. However, it might not be the right option for those who are looking for a phone that ticks all the boxes without being heavy on their pocket.
