Realme UI 3.0 To Launch in October: Read on to know more

Realme UI 3.0 is coming this October announced, the company on the sidelines of their GT NEO 2 launch. The new Realme UI 3.0 supported devices list also will be revealed by the brand in October.

It will be based on Android 12 and have more to offer in terms of security and privacy. The UI 3.0 is expected to be based on ColorOS 12 but is also deemed to come up with a completely new design. Some of the new Android 12 features like the privacy dashboard are also expected to make their way into UI 3.0.

Realme comes in global markets

In another unrelated news, Realme managed to break into top 6 smartphone brands globally. Realme has seen massive growth since 2018 when its rank was 47th in the world. Since then the company has charting upwards. It has recorded a 135% year-on-year growth this year.

The report says that 15 million units were shipped by Realme within a year, claims Counterpoint report. Oppo ranks fourth with 33,6 million units while Samsung tops the list with 57.6 million units.

Overjoyed with reported numbers, Realme India shared some numbers online.

In Q3 of 2018, when its rank was 47th, Realme had shipped 1.2 million units in the quarter. Realme also informed the consumers about achieving another feat with the crossing of 100 million sales in 61 markets in 2021.
