Realme X50 Pro is now officially the first 5G phone to launch and retail in India, zealously beating competitors like iQOO and Xiaomi to the title tag (by a narrow margin).

It’s also the first Snapdragon 865-phone to launch in the country, and Qualcomm’s latest SoC is duly assisted by a copious amount of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage, making the X50 Pro an enticing gaming proposition.

Other highlights include 65W fast charging, 64MP primary rear camera, Stereo-speakers, and Android 10-based Realme UI.

And here’s a lot of powerful hardware crammed inside.

Realme X50 Pro 5G Review

To start with, the 4200mAh battery fully charges in 35 minutes, thanks to 65W fast charging. In just 20 minutes, you can attain a 60% charge which, according to Realme, will take you through a day. The phone ships with a GaN charger that’s more compact than VOOC chargers.

The Realme X50 Pro also supports 18W Power Delivery and 30W VOOC 4.0 flash charge.

The new in-display fingerprint sensor can unlock in just 0.27 seconds (claims Realme).

The Snapdragon 865 octa-core chipset is paired with 5G Modem, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.0 storage with TurboWrite and Host Performance Booster that enables writing and reading speeds up to 760 MB/s and 1900MB/s, respectively.

Out of the box, Realme X50 Pro 5G will run Realme UI based on Android 10.
