The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Series arrived in China and India last year. With that being said, we might see another offering in the Redmi Note series phone in the coming months where it will be powered by the Snapdragon 7-series chipset onboard. The information comes from a notable tipster Weibo which mentions the inclusion of an OLED panel with an under-the-display fingerprint sensor onboard. Here’s what we know so far.

According to tipsters Kacper Skrzpek and Digital Chat Station, the upcoming phone is likely to be named as Redmi Note 12 Turbo. It will get a Snapdragon 7-series SoC under the hood which will set it ahead of the vanilla Redmi Note 12 that sports a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC. Moving on, we aren’t aware of the launch date yet so these are unofficial leaks that we have stumbled upon.
