Redmi Note 14 Pro Series with IP69 Protection To Launch on Sept 26

Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the much-anticipated Redmi Note 14 Pro series in China on September 26, 2024, at 7 PM China time. The upcoming series is expected to bring some minor upgrades and has already garnered attention with its design leaks.

As per the latest poster revealed in China, the Redmi Note 14 Pro series will come with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, which will give it protection against water and dust. The tagline “Major Quality Change” is probably referring to these improvements. The phone has apparently also passed a rigorous 2-meter waterproof test for 24 hours.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, while the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7350. In terms of design, leaked renders show a squircle camera module.

Additionally, the Redmi Note 14 Pro is expected to feature a 6.67” 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1,500 Nits of peak brightness. The camera setup on the Pro model will include a 50 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide, and a 2 MP camera. For selfies, it will pack a 16 MP front camera.

With its official launch just days away, the entire specs of the Redmi Note 14 Pro series will be out soon. The Indian launch of these devices should be around December or January 2024. What are your thoughts on the new series? Let us know in the comments.
