Redmi to unveil 32-inch and 43-inch smart TVs on September 22

Redmi, the sub-brand of Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi, is known for its budget smartphones. A new event will be held on September 22 in India. Two new smart TVs will be unveiled at the upcoming Redmi India event, the company announced recently. TVs will be available in two sizes, 32-inches and 43-inches, according to a teaser.

Redmi Smart TV Features: What to expect?

Redmi India has announced that it will launch a new smart TV in two sizes – 32-inches and 43-inches. The TVs appear to have thin bezels around the screen. The smaller 32” variant is likely to have an HD resolution, whilst the 43-inch model might sport an FHD resolution. These should be complemented by brighter and crisper images thanks to Vivid Picture Engine.

Content consumption will also benefit from the 20W speakers backed by Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual: X surround sound.

Xiaomi’s PatchWall will be layered on top of Android TV 11as the software. It would be also compatible with WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, and auto-low latency.

The two new TVs may be added to the X-series of smart TVs, which already come in three sizes, 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch.

Redmi Smart TV Price: What to expect?

There are rumors that the new 32-inch and 43-inch models will likely retail for around INR 30,000 which will definitely offer Redmi a major boost in the television market in India.
