Buzz about Reliance Jio’s 5G phone has been making rounds ever since the brand announced the Jio 5G and its strategic partnership with Google and Qualcomm. This was in July, and since then, we have heard the phone would be priced around Rs.4000. But, a fresh new PTI report claims the sticker price can be as low as Rs. 2,500.

The source of this new revelation is an unnamed Reliance Jio official, according to whom, “Jio wants to bring the device for less than Rs 5,000. When we scale up the sales, it can be priced in the range of Rs 2,500-3,000.”
