Samsung Galaxy A53 is not official yet but the device is reported to be in the foundry of the company’s Greater Noida facility. So, it could be said that Samsung will be producing its next Galaxy A-series device in India.

The latest bit of information about the Galaxy A53 is that this device will sport a water resistance feature too. Although the source doesn’t particularly reveal any other specifications, we have a few earlier renders and leaks suggesting more details about A53.

Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Rumoured Specs

Samsung is said to use Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G processor to power the upcoming Galaxy A53. The predecessor of the phone i.e. Galaxy A52 comes with a Snapdragon 720G chipset. Though A52 shipped in both 4G and 5G versions but South Korean brand is believed to drop the 4G variant of Galaxy A53.

Upfront, the Galaxy A53 is said to sport a 6.5-inch Infinity-O display, punch-hole selfie camera, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has been seen with a USB Type-C port and speaker grills on the bottom edge. Interestingly, there doesn’t seem to be a 3.5mm headphone jack.
