Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 Series with pathbreaking Galaxy AI features that will change the way you use your smartphones. Now, Samsung is all set to add the 4^th member to the Galaxy S24 family. Samsung Galaxy S24 Fan Edition device is gearing up for launch this summer. The predecessor, Galaxy S23 FE came out in October 2023 but this time Samsung is planning to launch the Fan Edition Model earlier.

Last week, we reported about how Galaxy S24 FE has been spotted on various benchmarking listings making launch imminent. Now, some more details have concreted the plans.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE: Launch timeline tipped

A report by the South Korean publication, The Elec claims that Samsung might launch Galaxy S24 FE this summer itself. This is because Samsung suppliers have started mass-producing display driver chips for Galaxy S24 FE already. As mentioned before, Samsung is aiming to produce millions of units of FE edition as the target sales are 3 million units.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE: Expected specs

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is expected to be powered by Exynos 2400 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Since these are the same chipsets that have been used in Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Ultra, this time Galaxy S24 FE might be bigger and closer to its other siblings. Along with its flagship chipset, it is said to have 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 4.0 storage.

In terms of display, there might be a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel while the battery might also be larger at 4500mAh. If the display is this big, it will be the largest FE device to date.

Whether Galaxy AI features will come to the Fan Edition model or not remains to be seen. Meanwhile renders have confirmed that the Galaxy S24 FE will come in four colors- black graphite, pearl white, purple lavender, and ice blue.

More confirmed updates will surface as the launch date gets confirmed and the month of the launch gets closer.
