Samsung is expected to reveal its 2024 flagship lineup – the Galaxy S24 series – on January 17, 2024. Ahead of the anticipated launch, the internet is flooded with rumors and reports about multiple aspects of the device. A couple of days ago, Galaxy S24’s prices appeared online. Now, more information about the pre-order perks is doing rounds.

Galaxy S24 Series To Offer Pre-Order Perks

Like every year, Samsung is expected to offer pre-order perks with the Galaxy S24 series. The company has previously provided no-cost storage upgrades and huge discounts on other Samsung accessories like the Galaxy Buds and the Galaxy Watch. This time, the company should offer similar deals to early adopters to encourage sales immediately after the launch.

According to a post on the South Korean blogging platform Naver, Samsung will provide pre-order perks for Galaxy S24 Ultra’s early buyers. However, the same should apply to models like the vanilla Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24 Plus. The perks are available globally. In India, interested customers can expect the company to provide the Galaxy Watch 6 and the Buds FE at a discounted price with the new devices.

S24 Plus Accidentally Listed On Walmart Ahead Of Official Launch

Meanwhile, the popular American e-commerce platform Walmart accidentally listed the Galaxy S24 Plus on its website before the rumored January 17 launch. The listing reveals that the model could come with a 6.7-inch screen, slightly larger than the 6.6-inch screen the current Plus model features. Further, the phone should pack a larger 4,900 mAh battery as well. Although the listing isn’t available anymore, it also indicated that the S24 Plus could arrive in a 12GB RAM model.

For a long time, we’ve heard that the Galaxy S24 series will debut as Samsung’s “AI Phone.” This actually translates to the presence of several features that utilize machine learning, such as Live Translate, Generative Edit that could possibly add or remove objects from an image, Nightography Zoom for better zoom range in low light environments, and so on. We’ve also done an article on the list of AI-based features that could arrive with One UI 6.1 on the S24 series.

Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S24 could begin on the same day as the rumored launch, i.e., January 17. However, the phone might not hit stores until later this month, around January 30, 2024.
