Samsung is all set to host its third Unpacked Event of 2025 on 9th July after it launched the Galaxy S25 series during the first and the Galaxy S25 Edge during the second. The third Unpacked Event will be equally splendid with as many as six new launches expected to take place. Samsung will introduce the next generation of foldables, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Ultra, along with Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. The brand might also finally refresh the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. Ahead of the launch, details about the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 Lineup have surfaced online. Read on to know more.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Series will include two models- Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic.

Deelabs claims that the Galaxy Watch 8 will come in 40mm and 44mm sizes, with the former getting a 1.34-inch Super AMOLED screen, 325mAh battery, and a weight of 30 grams. The 44mm model will feature a 1.47-inch Super AMOLED display, 435mAh battery, and weigh merely 34 grams. Both will be built with aluminum armor and have a sapphire glass covering, along with getting an Exynos W1000 chipset, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, and One UI 8.0 for the watch. The display will support 3000 nits brightness. The sensors on the Galaxy Watch 8 are expected to be an Accelerometer, an Altimeter, a Gyroscope, a Light sensor, a Geomagnetic sensor, an ECG sensor, and a BIA sensor.

The leaks from Deelabs also claim that the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic will be made of stainless steel and be available in a single 46mm variant with a 1.34-inch Super AMOLED display that will support 327 ppi and 3000 nits brightness. It also has a Sapphire Glass covering and will weigh 63.5 grams, packing a large 445mAh battery under the hood. This one will also be powered by Exynos W1000 chipset paired with 2GB RAM and 64GB storage. The sensor setup will be the same as Watch 8, and it will also run One UI 8.0 for the watch.

This Rugged model might also finally get a refresh this year. The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 is expected to get a 47mm dial made of Titanium and feature a 1.47-inch Super AMOLED display with 327 ppi, 3000 nits brightness, and Sapphire Glass protection. It is tipped to weigh 60.5 grams and packs a massive 590mAh battery. The Ultra model will also be powered by the Exynos W1000 chipset under the hood, paired with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The sensor setup will be the same as that of the Galaxy Watch 8, and it will also run One UI 8.0 for the watch.

The pricing and availability details, along with launch offers, will be known on the day of the Unpacked Event.
