Samsung launched the flagship Galaxy S25 Series of smartphones last month and then there was news about Samsung Galaxy A56 and Samsung Galaxy A36 launching in March 2025. However, before A-Series devices, the brand has now started teasing Galaxy F-Series phones in the country. A dedicated microsite has gone live on Flipkart, which focuses on the letter ‘F’. The listing only mentions ‘Samsung got something fresh on the way’ without confirming the name or design of the device. Let’s delve into what we know so far about the Galaxy F-Series smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy F-Series Smartphone Tipped
Samsung has started teasing the F-Series smartphone via the e-commerce portal Flipkart. The microsite has gone live which describes the upcoming device as ‘futuristic, fashionable, fast and foto’ hinting towards it being performance-centric and camera-centric along with having a modern design.
Recently, Samsung Galaxy F06 and Samsung Galaxy F16 pages went live on Samsung’s official website so the upcoming ‘F’ Series launches might be either of these two or both. Galaxy F06 and Galaxy F16 were spotted with model numbers SM-E066B/DS and SM-E166P/DS respectively. Galaxy F16 was seen on Geekbench too which revealed some of its specs.
The Samsung Galaxy F16 might be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset with 8GB RAM and runs Android 14 based One UI 6. The specs might bear similarities to Galaxy F16 4G which was launched in October 2024.

To recall, Samsung Galaxy F16 sported a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate. It features a 50MP main, 5MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro camera at the back and a 13MP sensor at the front. Under the hood was a 5000mAh battery with 25W charging. The 5G version might get a 6000mAh battery in 2025. Samsung might also offer 6 OS and 6 security updates with new F-Series devices.
As for Galaxy F06, it will share similarities with Galaxy A06 5G. Geekbench listing revealed the smartphone will run Android 15 OS, have 4GB RAM, and be powered by Dimensity 6300 chipset.
Since the smartphone will launch in February itself, more details will be unveiled soon.
