Smartphones Launching in India in July 2023

After a rather dull second half of June, July 2023 is going to be a tech storm in terms of smartphone launches. Brands like Motorola, iqoo, Realme, OnePlus, Nothing, and Samsung will have major launches this month. While some will be solo launches like iqoo Neo 7 Pro, others will be launch events wherein a host of products will be unveiled. Read on to know what’s in store for July 2023.

1. Motorola Razr 40 Series

Launch Date- 3rd July 2023

Motorola has confirmed that it will launch the Moto Razr 40 Series in India in July. The series will include Moto Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra foldables and the event will take place at 6 PM IST. Both these foldables have already been launched in China and have a clamshell-like design. The Razr 40 Ultra comes with the biggest exterior display which is a 3.6-inch p-OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. Moto Razr 40 Ultra is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset while Moto Razr 40 is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. The Ultra model has a 64MP main camera while the Razr 40 Vanilla has a 12MP primary camera.

2. iQOO Neo 7 Pro

Launch Date- 4th July 2023

iQOO will launch the iQOO Neo 7 Pro in India in the first week of July. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro will be powered by a 6.78-inch FHD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and feature a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor. The device will pack a 5000mAh battery with 120W charging. iQOO Neo 7 Pro is expected to be priced under Rs. 30,000.

3. OnePlus Nord 3, Nord 3 CE & Buds 2r

Launch Date- 5th July 2023

OnePlus is hosting a launch event on the 5th of July wherein the brand will launch the OnePlus Nord 3, OnePlus Nord CE 3, and OnePlus Nord 2r. OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to be priced around 30k and it will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. The Nord CE 3 is said to be powered by Snapdragon 782G SoC and cost under 25,000. The Nord Buds 2r will have an in-ear design and comes in Gray and Blue colors.

4. Nothing Phone (2)

Launch Date- 11th July 2023

Carl Pei’s Nothing will launch its 2nd smartphone, Nothing Phone (2) on 11th July in India. The pre-orders will begin in the country from June 29 on Flipkart. Nothing Phone (2) is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and runs Nothing OS 2.0. It has up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. At the back is a 50MP main camera with OIS. Pricing details will be known at the event.

5. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Z Flip 5

Launch Date- 26/27th July 2023

Samsung will host its Galaxy Unpacked Event in the last week of July. The event will see the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 foldables along with Galaxy Watch 6 Series, Galaxy Tab S9 Series, Galaxy Buds 3, and more. The foldables will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset while the Galaxy Watch 6 Series will include classic Galaxy Watch 6 and more.

6. Samsung Galaxy M34 5G

Launch date- July 2023

Samsung Galaxy M34 5G will be a mid-ranger that will come to India in July 2023.  A teaser video has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy M34 5G will have a triple camera setup at the back along with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock the device. It will come in 2 colors- Blue and Green and sport a 6.6-inch AMOLED panel. The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset and weigh 199 grams.

7. Oppo Reno 10 Series

Launch Date- July 2023

Oppo Reno 10 Series has been confirmed to arrive in India in July. The series will include Oppo Reno 10, Oppo Reno 10 Pro, and Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ smartphones. The renders showcase that the devices will come with a punch-hole display with curved edges and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The rear panel of Reno 10 Pro+ will be different from the other two. The Reno 10 will come in Ice Blue and Silvery Grey shades while Reno 10 Pro & Reno 10 Pro+ will come in Glossy Purple and Silvery Grey colorways. The Reno 10 Series will feature 120Hz AMOLED panels with curved edges. Devices will be powered by powerful flagship-level chipsets.

8. Realme Narzo 60 Series

Launch Date- Mid-July 2023

Realme is all set to announce its Narzo 60 Series in India in July 2023. The successor to the Narzo 50 Series will have a 61-degree curvature and the highest storage model that can save 250,000 photos. The Narzo 60 Series smartphone is expected to have a 1TB onboard storage model along with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, Dimensity 7050 chipset, and a 108MP main camera.
