Despite announcing a 3% hike for its passenger vehicles from April 2025, Tata Motors is offering exceptional discounts on its popular cars, such as Punch, Nexon, and the newly-launched Curvv. While you can get attractive offers on MY25 stock, there’s a higher cash benefit in opting for MY24 cars.
Let’s discuss the available consumer discounts on the popular Tata cars one by one, starting from the most affordable Tata Tiago, moving all the way up to the Nexon, Curvv, Harier, and Safari. Spoiler alert: Tata offers the most discount on Altroz (all fuel types).
Tata April 2025 Discounts
Tata Tiago
- For the MY25 stock, Tata has announced a direct consumer discount of Rs. 10,000 on the Tiago and an exchange or scrappage bonus of Rs. 15,000, totaling the benefits to Rs. 25,000 (applicable on all variants except XE).
- For The MY24 stock, the company is offering a consumer discount of Rs. 20,000. With a similar exchange/scrappage bonus, the total discount comes to Rs. 35,000 on all the variants of the Tata Tiago.
Tata Tigor
- The MY25 Tata Tigor is available at a discount of Rs. 15,000 with an additional exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 15,000. The total benefits come up to Rs. 30,000.
- On the other hand, if you opt for the MY24 stock, the consumer discount doubles to Rs. 30,000, giving buyers benefits of up to Rs. 45,000.

Tata Altroz
- The MY25 Tata Altroz (petrol, CNG, and diesel) attracts a consumer discount of Rs. 20,000 and an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 25,000, totaling benefits up to Rs. 45,000.
- The MY24 Tata Altroz (petrol, CNG, and diesel) is the real deal among all other models: the company is offering a direct consumer discount of Rs. 50,000 and an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 50,000, bringing the total to Rs. 1,00,000.
- The MY24 Tata Altroz Racer (petrol) gets a higher consumer discount of Rs. 85,000 (increasing the total benefits to Rs. 1,35,000).
Tata Punch
- On the MY25 Tata Punch (except the Ex Pure variant), you can get a consumer discount of Rs. 10,000. The exchange/scrappage bonus is also on the lower side — Rs. 15,000 — totaling the benefits to Rs. 25,000.
- The MY24 Tata Punch also attracts a similar discount, except the company has exhausted it in the consumer discount of Rs. 25,000.
Tata Nexon
- The MY25 Tata Nexon doesn’t get any direct consumer discount. Buyers can only avail of the Rs. 15,000 exchange/scrappage bonus.
- The MY24 Tata Nexon sure gets a decent upfront discount of Rs. 35,000. Including the exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 10,000, the total discount goes up to Rs. 45,000 on all fuel types.
Tata Curvv
- The MY25 Tata Curvv ICE doesn’t get any discount.
- The MY24 Tata Curvv ICE, in contrast, gets a direct discount of Rs. 30,000, but there’s no exchange/scrappage bonus in place.

Tata Harrier
- The MY25 Tata Harrier gets a discount of Rs. 25,000 and an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 25,000, totaling the benefits to Rs. 50,000.
- The MY24 Tata Harrier witnesses a higher consumer discount of Rs. 50,000, increasing the benefits to Rs. 75,000.
Tata Safari
- The MY25 Tata Safari offers benefits of Rs. 50,000 (including Rs. 25,000 consumer discount and Rs. 25,000 exchange/scrappage bonus).
- Those who want more discounts can consider the MY24 variants, which increase the consumer discount component to Rs. 50,000, resulting in total benefits of Rs. 75,000.

Apart from the upfront discounts, Tata Motors is also offering a limited-time MY24 Plant Stock Discount, increasing the benefits up to Rs. 1.5 lakhs on Altroz, Rs. 1 lakh on Harrier, Rs. 1 lakh on Safari, Rs. 60,000 on Tigor, Rs. 50,000 on Nexon, Rs. 50,000 on Punch, Rs. 40,000 on Curvv, and Rs. 25,000 on Tiago.
