The new Tata Punch is also expected to come with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, which is also present in the current model of the Tata Punch. Beyond that, this time around Tata is also expected to introduce a turbo-petrol engine with the Punch facelift. As we can see in the teaser, the “i-Turbo” variant of the new Tata Punch will also come with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The existing naturally aspirated petrol on the Tata Punch creates 88 bhp of power and 115 Nm of torque. The CNG variant, on the other hand, produces 73.5 bhp of power and 103 Nm of torque. The figures for the turbo petrol engine are not known yet, but we expect it to produce around 100 PS of power.
