Over the years, Samsung has released some of the best wireless earphones for Android users. The recent TWS earbuds from the company, Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, offer features like noise cancelation and transparency mode, touch controls, and an excellent battery life. However, some users haven’t had the best experience regarding the overall design and fit of the earbuds. Nonetheless, it looks like that is going to change with the upcoming earbuds from Samsung.

Upcoming Samsung Earbuds To Ditch The Rounded Design

The rounded design of the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro provides a loose fit for some users. However, that could change soon, as a leaked image suggests that Samsung could bring back the winged tips for a better fit. SamMobile first spotted the image on the Korean Radio Research Agency’s website. Although the pictures don’t reveal much, they showcase the earbuds from multiple angles, with the wing tips.

However, the listing does reveal the device’s model number, SM-R400N, along with its manufacturer name, which happens to be Samsung Electronics. The earbuds in the image have a matte finish instead of the glossy finish we’ve seen in recent models. These earbuds are unlikely to be an upgraded version of the Galaxy Buds 2 as their model numbers are different. Hence, these could be the Galaxy Buds 3 unless Samsung plans to release an affordable version of its flagship earphones.
