The TENAA listing reveals that the vivo S20 will feature an octa-core chipset clocked at 2.63 GHz, suggesting it could be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 or a similar processor. The device will sport a 6.67” OLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260, which is roughly a 1.5K screen. Digital Chat Station, on Weibo, suggests that the screen would be similar to that on the vivo X200.

Camera-wise, the front will have a 50 MP shooter, while the rear dual-camera setup includes a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. It’s likely that this configuration may be altered in the V50 model for India since the V40 already has a 50 MP ultra-wide.
The device will be slim at 7.1mm thickness, weighing 185.5g, and is expected to house a large battery, with a capacity of either 6,365 mAh or 6,500 mAh. A short-focus optical fingerprint scanner is also noted by Digital Chat Station.
